About Self Service Administration
Self Service Administration allows permissioned users to configure and customize Requisition and Candidate screens by configuring existing fields and field attributes on a panel or adding new custom fields to a panel.
Prerequisites
- All administrators must attend an introductory training session prior to being granted access to the Self Service Administration feature.
- Once training is completed, your PeopleFluent representative will turn on a client parameter in Genesis.
- User access to the Self Service Administration feature is granted by a role permission in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Please contact your administrator to turn on the permission.
- Note: If the client parameter is turned off in Genesis, the user cannot access the Self Service Administration feature, even if the user role parameter is selected in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
Recommended Browsers
The following list of browsers are recommended for optimal performance of the Self Service Administration feature:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.x
- Mozilla Firefox 18.0.x
- Google Chrome 24.x
PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal detects which browser version a customer is using. If the customer attempts to access the Self Service Administrator using an incompatible browser, an incompatible browser message appears.
Limitations
- The administration function only works for Requisition and Candidate pages.
