About Self Service Administration

Self Service Administration allows permissioned users to configure and customize Requisition and Candidate screens by configuring existing fields and field attributes on a panel or adding new custom fields to a panel.

Prerequisites

  1. Note: If the client parameter is turned off in Genesis, the user cannot access the Self Service Administration feature, even if the user role parameter is selected in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

Recommended Browsers

The following list of browsers are recommended for optimal performance of the Self Service Administration feature:

PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal detects which browser version a customer is using. If the customer attempts to access the Self Service Administrator using an incompatible browser, an incompatible browser message appears.
