About Self Service Questionnaires

1. Caution: This series of topics describes how to create basic Questionnaires created in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. For more information on using questionnaires created in PeopleFluent Recruiting Administration see, About PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal Questionnaires.

Recruiters and users with the appropriate role permissions can now create basic questionnaires and attach them to job posts, interviews, and workflow triggers without having to access PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

Routing and questionnaire ranking and scoring is not available in PeopleFluent Recruiting at this time. Users will still have to access PeopleFluent Recruiting Administration to apply ranking and scoring to questionnaires created in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.

Questionnaire Permissions

Users who currently have access to the Questionnaires in PeopleFluent Recruiting Administration will also have access to Questionnaires in PeopleFluent Recruiting. Questionnaires is available under the Admin menu. However, users must have the appropriate role permissions to make the Questionnaires command available under the Admin menu.

To access Questionnaires in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal, users must the following role permission enabled in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal:

• Permissions > Recruiter’s Portal > Self Service  > Questionnaires

When this permission is enabled, the Questionnaires option appears in the Admin menu of PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
