Once the feature is turned on and the user has the appropriate permissions, the Admin menu item appears on the primary navigation bar of PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. To turn screen configuration mode on, go to Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Turn Screen Configuration On.
PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal switches to configuration mode. In configuration mode, all other features of PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal are disabled (menus, navigation buttons, workflows, etc.).
While in screen configuration mode, you can edit individual panels on the Requisition and Candidate screens. The Configure Panel icon appears on each editable panel. Click the icon to switch the panel to configuration mode.
Panel configuration mode lists each field that appears on the panel and any additional custom fields available to add to the panel. You can rearrange how fields display on a panel, edit field attributes, and add new custom fields to the panel.
