Modify a Panel

With the appropriate permissions, you can edit panels on requisition or candidate record. You can edit existing fields already available on a panel or add custom fields to a panel.

To edit existing fields on a panel

  1. Select the requisition or candidate record you want to modify.

  2. Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Turn Screen Configuration On to switch to configuration mode.

  3. Select the panel you want to edit and click the Configure Panel icon. The panel switches to configuration mode. Multi-row fields cannot be edited.

  1. Click the field you want to edit. The Edit Field Labels screen appears.

  2. You can change the field label name, the help text, when the field appears on a panel, or if its a required field.

  3. Click Commit to save all changes to the field.

  4. (Optional) Drag and drop  fields wherever you want it to appear on the panel.

  5. (Optional) Add a custom field to the panel.

  6. (Optional) Activate any hidden fields and have them appear on the panel.

  7. (Optional) If desired, you can sort the edit fields that appear on the panel.

  8. To save all changes to the panel, click the Configure Panel icon. A confirmation message appears.

  9. Click Yes to commit the changes to the panel. You can immediately view your changes to the panel.

  10. To leave configuration mode, select Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Turn Screen Configuration Off.
