About the Document Repository
The Document Repository is where you can store files in a general repository.
From that repository, you can select a file or multiple files and send
them to a candidate in an email. To access the Document Repository select

Access to the Document Repository is based on role permissions set in
PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Contact your RMS Administrator
for more information. The following file types can be uploaded to the
document repository:
Limitations
- You can only upload one file at a time. However,
there is no limitation to the total number of files that can be stored
in the document repository.
- The maximum file size that can be uploaded to
the repository per document is 5MB.
- Note: The maximum file size limitation for the Document
Repository is set by a client parameter, as is the maximum file size
limitation for email attachments (individual and total attachment
size). If you want to increase the file size limit please contact
your PeopleFluent Representative. It is recommended that file size
limitation for the Document Repository and the for email attachments
are the same.
- The Document Repository is not supported on Internet
Explorer 6. You must use an updated browser (Internet Explorer 7 and
up).
- Internet Explorer 10 and 11 users must use the
desktop version to access the Document Repository. The tablet version
of these browsers does not support the Document Repository.
