The Document Repository allows recruiters to store files in one location and then retrieve those files to email to other recruiters, hiring managers, or candidates. You can upload the following file types to the Document Repository:

The maximum file size that can be uploaded to the repository per document is 5MB. You can only upload one file at a time. However, there is no limitation to the total number of files that can be stored in the document repository.
To upload a file to document repository
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Document Repository. The Document Repository window appears.
Click Upload File. The Add File window appears.
Click Browse and select a file from your local drive to upload to the Document Repository.
In the Description field, enter the name or a brief description of the file.
Click Upload File and the document appears on the Document Repository window.
