Candidate feedback forms are built using the Questionnaires functionality in either PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal or PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. System administrators create questions and combine them into the candidate feedback form.
The following task describes how to create a candidate feedback form without scoring in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
To create a candidate feedback questionnaire
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Questionnaires. The Questions panel displays.
Click Create Question on the Questions panel. The Create New Question dialog box appears.
In the General Information area, complete the basic question information—including Code , Question Text , Description , and Hover Text. However, select Candidate Feedback from the Categories drop-down list.
Select a Control Type (answer format) from the drop-down list. Control types determine the answer format of the question. Depending on the control type you select, several fields containing the answer properties will be displayed.
Preview your question and answer choices in the Question Preview panel. If necessary, you can change your entries and see the results of your changes immediately. If your organization supports multiple locales, use the language drop-down list to toggle preview between support languages.
Repeat steps 2-5 for each question you want included in the Candidate Feedback form.
Once you have created your questions, click the Questionnaires tab to view the Questionnaires page.
Click Create Questionnaires. The Create Questionnaire dialog box displays.
In the General Information area, complete the basic questionnaire information —including Code, Internal Name, Public Name, and Description. However, select Candidate Feedback from the Category drop-down list.
