View Candidate Feedback Responses
By clicking the View Candidate Feedback icon on the Candidate Feedback panel, recruiters can review and print the responses to each completed candidate feedback form.
The Candidate Feedback response dialog box displays the interviewers responses to the candidate feedback form. At the top of dialog box, a grading scale displays the candidate’s grade based on the candidate feedback score. The Grading Scale categories include:
- Exceeds Requirements
- Meets Requirements
- Below Requirements.
In addition, the Questionnaire Range displays overall range of the score so the recruiter can identify the responses that meets the job criteria. The dialog box also displays the score for each response to a specific question.
