Recruiters can now ask staff members who participated in the interview process to provide feedback regarding a specific candidate by completing a candidate feedback form. The candidate feedback form provides a method of comparing the interviewers’ impressions of various candidates.
When the recruiter submits a feedback request, the interviewers receive an email message with a link to the candidate feedback form. On the candidate’s profile, a Candidate Feedback panel lists each completed and outstanding feedback request. From the Candidate Feedback panel, the recruiter can view completed feedback forms or resend any outstanding feedback requests.
To use the Candidate Feedback functionality do the following:
In PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal, assign the appropriate user role permission so that the users can the view Candidate Feedback panel on a candidate profile. For more information see the PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal online help.
Enable the client parameter to access the Request Feedback menu option on the candidate profile. For more information see, About Client Parameters.
