The Candidate Feedback panel appears on the candidate’s profile and lists each feedback request sent for that candidate. Recruiters can view responses to each candidate feedback form or resend any feedback requests that have not been fulfilled.
To view the Candidate Feedback panel, recruiters must be assigned the appropriate user role permission in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column shows the candidate's request feedback form score. Click the column header to sort results by ascending or descending order. |

Displays the name of the user requesting the candidate feedback. |

Requested Date |
The date the candidate feedback form was sent. |

Response Received on Date |
The date the response to the candidate feedback form was received. |

Grade |
This column lists the overall grade of the candidate based on responses from the candidate feedback form. A grading scale divides completed candidate feedback forms into three categories:
