Reference Material: Candidate Feedback Panel

The Candidate Feedback panel appears on the candidate’s profile and lists each feedback request sent for that candidate. Recruiters can view responses to each candidate feedback form or resend any feedback requests that have not been fulfilled.

To view the Candidate Feedback panel, recruiters must be assigned the appropriate user role permission in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

Column Name

Description

Actions

Resend Feedback: Click this button to resend the candidate feedback form. This icon only appears if the candidate feedback form has not been completed. When resending the feedback form, the link in the original email is deactivated.

View Candidate Feedback: Click this button to view the responses to the candidate feedback form. This icon only displays when the feedback form has been completed. For more information see, View Candidate Feedback Responses.

Feedback Form Name

Displays the name of the Candidate Feedback form.

Requestee Email

Displays the email address of the user requesting candidate feedback.

Score

If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column shows the candidate's request feedback form score. Click the column header to sort results by ascending or descending order.

Requested By

Displays the name of the user requesting the candidate feedback.

Requested Date

The date the candidate feedback form was sent.

Response Received on Date

The date the response to the candidate feedback form was received.

Grade

This column lists the overall grade of the candidate based on responses from the candidate feedback form. A grading scale divides completed candidate feedback forms into three categories:

  • Exceeds Requirements

  • Meets Requirements

  • Below Requirements
