Your organization may have defined one or more job post site account groups that allow users to post a requisition to multiple sites with one action. Job post site groups are created and managed in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Administration.
All users with the Job Postings > View Job Postings permission have access to the Job Postings page for a requisition. Users must also be assigned the Job Posts > Display Job Post, Post Site Group Panel to access, view, or edit job postings on this panel. Additional permissions are required to perform tasks such as posting or editing job posting templates. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
To work with job post site groups
Select and open the requisition to post from the Workflow pane. The requisition opens in the Details pane.
On the Primary Navigation Bar, select Job Postings followed by the Actions tab.
Scroll to the Post Site Groups panel.
Click to expand the individual sites in a displayed group. Job postings and user statuses are displayed for each job posting.
Users can manage job postings for individual posting sites or for the entire group of sites.
Select Add to post the requisition to each site in the group. Select the job posting template to use for each site in the group.

Select A uto-Repost to repost a requisition in the group.
To initiate the selected action for each site in the group, click the Post button at the bottom of the page. A message will be displayed if PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal is unable to perform the action for each site in the group. For example, if you Add a requisition to a group for posting, a message will be displayed if the requisition has already been posted to one or more sites in the group. Duplicate postings will not be created.
