After you have posted a job, you may need to manually remove the posting. If your company’s implementation of PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal does not automatically remove the job postings, they must be removed manually. For example, if you change the status of a requisition to On Hold or Canceled, and workflow triggers are not configured to automatically remove all job postings associated with the requisition, you will want to remove the job posting form all internet sites to prevent candidates from applying to it.
Note: If a staffing agency posting is waiting to be approved by the staffing agency, you cannot remove the posting using the checkbox in the Remove column. The Remove All Posts button will remove a staffing agency posting that is waiting to be approved, but remember that this function will remove ALL postings, including any internet job board postings. After a staffing agency posting has been approved, you can use the checkbox in the Remove column to remove the posting.
To remove a posted job
Select and open the requisition whose posting you wish to remove (unpost) from the Workflow pane. The requisition opens in the Details pane.
