Once a requisition is created and approved, it is ready to be posted. Your organization may have multiple job sites onto which job openings are posted such as internal, external, and college career sites. Additionally, your company may have paid subscriptions to other internet job boards, such as CareerBuilder, Monster.com, The Ladders, etc. Depending on your user rights, your company's job posting procedures, and configured posting sites you can post a requisition to any or all of these types of sites from within PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
Use the Actions tab to post a requisition, modify an existing posting, or to remove or cancel a posting. Open requisitions may be posted to sites such as premium job sites, to an Aggregator (such as eQuest or SmartPost), internal or external web sites, and staffing agencies. The sites you can post to are set up during the RMS implementation process.
All users with the Job Postings > View Job Postings permission have access to the Job Postings page for a requisition. Users must also be assigned the Various Panels on the Job Posting Screens > Posting Actions permission to view the Actions tab on the Job Postings page. Specific permissions are also required to perform tasks such as posting or editing job posts for particular posting sites. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent Recruiting Administration.
To view the job postings actions tab
In the Workflow pane, click on the desired requisition. The requisition opens in the Details pane.
On the Primary Navigation Bar, click Job Postings followed by the Actions tab.
The job post actions for the requisition are displayed in various panels:
Aggregator: This panel displays the actions available for postings to internet job sites.
Post Site Groups: This panel displays the actions for post sites groups to which the user has access. The user must be assigned to one or more job post site groups in order for the list to be populated.
Internal / External: This panel displays actions for postings to career sites associated with your company website.
Staffing: This panel displays actions for postings to staffing agencies.
The action column displays several action icons for the specific job posting site:
View: Click to view the current job posting template.
Go to Live Post: Click to view the job posting as it appears on the job posting site.
Schedule: Hover over the icon to view when the posted requisition is scheduled to be unposted. If there are no posting dates scheduled, click on the icon and enter the desired start and end dates for the posting to be available from your career sites.
Select the check box next to a listed posting to perform an action for that specific posting. If the box is grayed out, either the action cannot be completed (i.e. the job is already posted) or you do not have permission to complete the action.
To complete an action for all listed postings on a panel, select the check-box in the Add, Modify, Remove, or Cancel column.
Place a check mark in the Add column next to the site you wish to post a job, and click the Post button.
Click the Remove All Posts button to remove all posted jobs from posting sites.
