When a candidate or an interviewer has completed a questionnaire, the respondent’s answers can be viewed from either the Requisition or Candidates page. If the questionnaire contains scored and ranked questions, this information is also displayed.
These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
To view candidate questionnaire responses
In the W orkflow or Candidate List pane, click the name of the candidate for whom you want to view questionnaire answers. The candidate record is displayed in the Details pane.
Select the Profiles tab and scroll down to the Candidate Questionnaires panel.
Click the View icon in the Actions column.
The questionnaire opens in a new window.
Click Close to return to the Candidate Profile tab.
To view all candidate questionnaire responses for a requisition
In the W orkflow pane, click the name of the requisition you wish to view. The requisition is displayed in the Details pane.
Select the Additional Info tab and scroll down to the Questionnaire History panel.
Click the View icon in the Actions column.
The questionnaire opens in a new window.
Click Close to return to the Additional Info tab.
