View Requisition Questionnaire Panels

All questionnaires to be used for job posting, workflow triggers, and interviews are associated with a requisition during the requisition creation process. Once the requisition is approved, the user will select the job posting templates to post along with the requisition. Likewise, when an interview slot is created, interview questionnaires are selected from the previously associated list of requisition questionnaires.

The following permissions must be assigned to view questionnaire information:

These permission are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

To view requisition questionnaire information

  1. Select the requisition for which you want to view questionnaire information from the Workflow pane. The requisition opens in the Details pane.

  2. The questionnaire panels are displayed on the Additional Info tab.

  3. Click the View icon to open and preview a questionnaire or response.

  1. If an asterisk is displayed next to a question, a response to the question is required.

  2. A scored question's maximum point value is displayed following the question.

  3. If a questionnaire has been completed, the actual score for each scored question is displayed.

  1. The Questionnaires panel displays a list of all questionnaires associated with the requisition. In addition to the questionnaire name, the panel also displays:

  1. Min Score: If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column, which shows the minimum possible questionnaire score for questionnaires with ranking and scoring, will be displayed.

  2. Max Score: If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column, which shows the maximum possible questionnaire score for questionnaires with ranking and scoring, will be displayed.

  3. Associated With: If a questionnaire is associated with a workflow trigger for a specific workflow folder, the name of the folder is listed.

  4. Customized?: If Yes is displayed in this column, the folder routing for the questionnaire has been modified. Folder routing is used to send candidates to "Qualify" or "Disqualify" folders, depending on their answers to specific questions in the questionnaire. Folder routing is defined in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal when a questionnaire is created. In some cases, users in particular roles can modify the folder routing when a questionnaire is assigned to a requisition.

  5. Responses Received: The number of candidate responses that have been received to this questionnaire for this requisition.

  1. The Questionnaire History panel lists all requested and completed questionnaires. In addition to the Candidate's and Questionnaire's name, the panel also displays:

  1. Score: If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column shows the candidate's questionnaire score. Click the column header to sort results by ascending or descending order.

  2. Grade: If your company uses questionnaire ranking and scoring, this column shows the candidate's questionnaire grade. The possible grades are Exceeds Requirements, Meets Requirements, and Below Requirements. Click the column header to sort results by ascending or descending order.

  3. Current Folder: The candidate's current workflow folder.

  4. Date Sent: The date and time the candidate was asked to complete the questionnaire, or the date and time the interview was created.

  5. Date Received: The date and time the questionnaire was completed and submitted.
