Queued Triggers Page

The Queued Triggers page lists the triggers queued or fired from PeopleFluent Recruiting, Mobile Recruiting, or the Recruiting Mirror. Triggers initiated from your organization’s career site are listed on the Queued Triggers page. To access the Queued Triggers page, go to the Primary Navigation Bar > Candidates > Queued Triggers.

The Queued Triggers page consists of two tabs, Queued Triggers and All Triggers. The Queued Triggers tab only shows triggers that are associated with requisitions in which the user has visibility and have a Pending or Error status. This tab is available to all users. Users are only able to take action on a trigger if they have permission to the trigger and the workflow folder associated with it.

  1. Note: You cannot sort or filter the triggers displayed on either tab. This is to maintain the order in which the triggers are setup to be fired by the administrators.

The All Triggers tab lists all actionable triggers even if the user does not have access to the requisition to which the trigger is associated. However, the All Triggers tab only displays if the user has the View all queued triggers permission assigned to their user role in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. For more information on this user role, please see the PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Administration online help.

When you fire or refire a trigger from either the Queued Triggers or All triggers tabs, a pop-up window appears. Once you click OK and the trigger is successfully executed, the trigger record no longer appears on the Queued Triggers or All triggers tabs. However, the successfully executed trigger will display on the Candidate Trigger History panel of the candidate profile.

Please Note:

The following table describes the columns displayed on both the Queued Triggers and All Triggers tab.
