Trigger History

The Candidate Trigger Log History panel on the Trigger History tab lists all executed or pending triggers related to a candidate profile. Additionally, triggers initiated from your organization’s career site are listed on this tab. The Candidate Trigger Log History panel lists each trigger by the date the trigger fired with the oldest trigger listed first. Triggers listed on the Candidate Trigger Log History panel cannot be sorted or filtered. When a trigger is successfully executed, the trigger status is updated and cannot be fired again.

  “This trigger is no longer available for action. No further action is needed.”

The following table describes the columns displayed on the Candidate Trigger Log History panel.

Candidate Trigger Log History Tab

Column Name

Description

Status

Shows the status of each trigger. Trigger statuses include:

  • Pending: A trigger that has not been fired. You can fire or cancel the trigger by clicking the Take Action button in the Action column. If you cancel a trigger, it is immediately removed from the log.

  • Success: A successfully executed trigger.

  • Undone: This status displays if a candidate profile is moved from a folder with triggers back to the previous folder as a result of the using Undo Last Move action.

  • Error: A trigger that did not fire. However, you can refire the trigger by clicking the Take Action button in the Action column.

Action

Click Take Action to execute or cancel a pending or failed trigger.

  1. Note: The Take Action button does not appear for triggers with a Success or Undone status.

Folder

The workflow folder associated with the trigger.

Description

Name or description of the trigger.

Initiated By

The name of the recruiter or hiring manager who initiated the trigger. It could be someone who is using the Recruiting Mirror or Recruiting Mobile.

Date Initiated

Date the trigger was initiated.

Fired By

First and last name of the recruiter or hiring manager who fired the trigger in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.

Date Fired

Date the trigger was fired.
