Disposition Candidates in Mobile Recruiting

Recruiters who use Mobile Recruiting can advance candidates through the hiring process by moving candidates into workflow folders, including those folders that contain triggers.

To disposition a candidate

  1. Log into Mobile Recruiting. The Requisition page displays a list of requisitions you have permission to view.
  2. Click on a requisition and the Requisition Information page displays.

  3. From the Requisition Information page, click a workflow folder to view the candidates within the folder.

  4. Click a candidate to view. The candidate profile page displays.

  5. Click the button underneath the candidate's name and location. This button displays the current folder where the candidate profile is located.

  6. From the Move Candidate page, click Move <Candidate Name> to a New Folder, select a folder from the list, and then click Move.

  7. If the candidate is moved to a folder without a trigger, you are redirected to the Requisition Folder Detail page.

  8. If the candidate is moved to a folder with a trigger, the message displayed depends on whether the trigger strict mode client parameter is turned.

  1. If the strict mode client parameter is turned off, you receive a message notifying you that any triggers associated with the candidate move will be placed in a queue in PeopleFluent Recruiting.

  2. If the trigger strict mode client parameter is enabled and you move a candidate with pending triggers to another workflow folder, the message notifies you that the candidate has pending triggers and any subsequent triggers associated with the move are placed in a queue.

To view or take action on any queued triggers in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal, go the Queued Trigger page or the Trigger History panel of the candidate's profile.
