About Email Templates

Email templates are used as the first step towards your candidate marketing initiatives. Users can create and save formatted email messages that contain fields from requisitions or other applicable sources such as candidate names (variable field data) and reuse them for recurring tasks or activities. These email templates are not available for workflow triggers and are to be used with the RMS Internal email client. All email messages sent to candidates are tracked on the candidate email history panel.

To access Email Templates in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal, the Manage User Email Templates role permission will be enabled for all users in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. For more information on this user role, see the Recruiting Administration online help.

 

Email Signatures

Recruiters and hiring managers can personalize their email messages by adding signatures that include branding, contact information, and social media links. Email signatures are created under Preferences. For more information, see Preferences.
