Insert Variable Field: Reference Material

Fields

Lists commonly used fields that appear on the candidate profile. For example, Candidate Name, Address, Requisition ID, and Job Title.

Type

Select the profile type (Candidate or Requisition) that determines which data tags can be added to the email body. When the profile type is selected, the Tab list is populated.

Tab

Select the tab of the profile type selected in the Type list. When a tab is selected, the Panel list is populated.

Panel

Select the specific panel on the candidate or requisition profile to select the data to add to the email body. When a value is selected from this list, the Fields list is populated.

Fields

Select the specific field that contains the information that will be prepopulated in the email template.
