Saved Templates |
Select a template type to search for a specific email template. The template type indicates which component of RMS can use the template and dictates the data areas from which tagged values can be selected. Email template types include:

Search Templates |
When a template type is selected from the Saved Templates list, users can select a specific email template from the Search Templates list.
Please note, if a user does not select a template type, a list of all templates created are displayed in the list. |
Template Name |
Displays the name of a saved email template. In addition, when creating a new email template, users enter the template name in this field. |
Subject |
Displays the subject of a saved email template. In addition, when creating a new email template, users enter the email subject line that will be included in email messages base on this template. |
Attachments |
Click this icon to add a document from the Document Repository to the email template. |
Email Body |
The email body that will be included in email messages based on this template. |
Spell Check |
Click this button to check spelling on the email template. |
Insert Variable Field |
Click this button to add data tags to an email template. |
Refresh |
Click this button to clear the Manage Email Templates dialog box. |
Save |
Click this button to save a new email template or to save changes made to an existing template. |
Cancel |
Closes the Manage Email Templates dialog box. |
