Recruiters can manually create candidate profiles if they received a candidate's paper resume (CV) or if an impaired candidate needed assistance when applying online.
To manually create a candidate profile
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Candidates > Create Candidate Manually. A window opens displaying the candidate information fields.
Select the requisition to associate the candidate with.
If no requisition is selected, the candidate's profile will be stored in the general pool.
General pool candidates are displayed in search results and AutoRecruiter searches.
Use the candidate's resume, CV, or other source to complete the candidate profile fields. Required fields are noted by a red asterisk.
The candidates resume can be added by copying and pasting it into the provided field. If an electronic resume is not available when the candidate profile is created, this information can be added later.
Click Spell Check to confirm spelling in all text fields.
Click OK.
If a requisition was selected above, the new candidate will appear in the Inbox folder for that requisition.
