The Set Global Criteria page is where you define the search criteria that identifies candidates from the source destination information completed on the Define Source page.
The following table describes the fields that appear on the Set Global Criteria page.

Select how you want the search results filtered.

Candidate Field |
Select a specific field that appears on a candidate profile. You can select multiple candidate fields including selecting the same candidate field more than once and give it different values. The search returns results based on the value selected in the Results Include field. For example, if All Criteria is selected in the Results Include field and the candidate fields selected include:
The search returns candidates who have not had a drug test AND candidates who have had a drug test AND have 1 to 2 years work experience.
If Any Criteria is selected in the Results Include field and the candidate fields selected include:
The search returns candidates who have had a drug test OR have been in their current position for six months OR who have 1 to 2 years work experience. |

Select a search operator to narrow or broaden your search.

Select a specific value based on the Candidate Field selection. |
To set global criteria
In step 4 of the Create Continuous Sourcing Configurations wizard, select the global search criteria.
Click Next.
