Description

Results Include

Select how you want the search results filtered.

  • All Criteria: Candidates who meet all search criteria. Select this option when you want the search results to return only qualified candidates.

  • Any Criteria: Candidates who meet any of the search criteria. Select this option when you want the search results to return qualified and unqualified candidates.

Candidate Field

Select a specific field that appears on a candidate profile. You can select multiple candidate fields including selecting the same candidate field more than once and give it different values. The search returns results based on the value selected in the Results Include field.

For example, if All Criteria is selected in the Results Include field and the candidate fields selected include:

  • Drug Test = Yes

  • Drug Test = No

  • Retail Work Experience = 1 to 2 years.

The search returns candidates who have not had a drug test AND candidates who have had a drug test AND have 1 to 2 years work experience.

If Any Criteria is selected in the Results Include field and the candidate fields selected include:

  • Drug Test = Yes

  • Been in Current Position Six Months = Yes

  • Retail Work Experience = 1 to 2 years.

The search returns candidates who have had a drug test OR have been in their current position for six months OR who have 1 to 2 years work experience.

Operator

Select a search operator to narrow or broaden your search.

  • Equals: Select this operator to search for candidates where the value in the Candidate Field exactly matches the value in the Select Value drop-down list. For example, if Conviction = No, the search locates candidates with no conviction.

  • Not Equal To: Select this operator to search for candidates where the value in the Candidate Field does not match the value in the Select drop-down list. For example, if Employment Type Desired does not equal Full-Time, the search locates all candidates except those seeking full-time employment.

Select Value

Select a specific value based on the Candidate Field selection.
