Define Source

For the second step of creating a continuous sourcing configuration, recruiters must specify the source requisition and folder where candidates who match the search criteria will be copied.

The following table describes the fields that appear on the Define Source page.

Source Workflow

Select a workflow to filter the items that appear in the Source Requisition and Source Folder lists.

Source Requisition

Select a requisition to copy candidates from. The source requisition is usually a pooling requisition which contains candidates who should be considered for a specific position. These are candidates who may have applied to another position or passed preliminary screening for another position.

  1. Note: Before you can select a requisition from this list, you must have selected a workflow in the Source Workflow list.

Source Folder

Select the specific workflow folder that contains the candidates who are to be searched and copied into a specified (destination) folder.

  1. Note: Before you can select a folder from this list, you must first select a workflow from the Source Workflow list and then a requisition from the Source Requisition list.

To define a source

  1. In step 2 of the Create Continuous Sourcing Configurations wizard, select a Source Workflow, Source Requisition, and Source Folder.

  2. Click Next.
