Recruiters with the appropriate permissions can now add a widget to PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Dashboard to view all their saved searches. The Saved Searches widget displays the name of search and the number of candidates in the search. The data displayed on the widget is based on the search criteria saved in Candidate Search.
To add or edit the Saved Searches panel
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Dashboard. The PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Dashboard displays.
Click Add Widgets to display the available widgets.
Locate the Saved Searches widget and drag it to the desired location on the Dashboard.
The Saved Searches panel displays. Once a saved search has been created a new card displays on the Dashboard. The Saved Search cards appear in the order by the most recently created saved search.
You can reorder the Saved Search cards by using a drag and drop operation.
On the Saved Search card you can do one of the following:
Click on the Saved Search card to view the search results. The candidate list table displays. You can configure the data shown within the candidate list.
For organizations that must adhere to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance reporting, the OFCCP Compliance dialog box appears. Select a requisition from the drop-down list and click Submit. The candidate list displays the search results and the requisition is associated with the saved search which is logged in the database for compliance with OFCCP record keeping.
Click the Remove Widget button to remove the Saved Searches panel from the Dashboard.
