Recruiters can display the Job Posting Summary panel on the PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Dashboard. The Job Posting Summary displays a list of current job postings. The list can be customized to include only postings to a selected job post site, or postings that were created before or after a specified date.
To add or edit the Job Posting Summary panel
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Dashboard. The PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Dashboard displays.
Click Add Widgets to display the available panels.
Locate the Job Posting Summary widget and drag it to the desired location on the Details pane.
Click the Toggle Widget button to expand the panel.
The Requisition Summary table includes the position title by default.
Click the Configure Widget button to open the panel configuration window.
Highlight the desired field in the Available Fields list and click the Add Field button to include the field in the Chosen Fields list.
Highlight a field in the Chosen Fields list and click the Remove Field button to remove a field from the list.
Highlight a field in the Chosen Fields list and click the Move Up or Move Down button to reorder the list. Fields will appear in the Job Posting Summary panel in the same order in which they are listed in the Chosen Fields list.
Select a Post Site from the drop-down list
Select Before and / or After dates from the calendar fields.
Click OK .
Click the Remove Widget button to remove the panel from the Dashboard.
