Candidate attachments take the place of hand-written forms or documents that would traditionally be added to a candidate's paper file. They can be added to the candidate record at anytime while the candidate is in the workflow process. Up to one megabyte (1MB) of documents can be attached to a candidate record.
All users with the Candidates > Attachments, Candidates > View/Edit Candidate Documents, and Various Panels on Candidate Screens > Edit Candidate Attachment Panel permissions can add or replace candidate attachments. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
To attach a candidate document
From the Candidate List, select a candidate. The candidate profile's displays in the Details pane.
Click the Candidate Info tab and scroll down to the Attachments panel.
Click Add , then click Add Attachment on the Details button bar. The Add / Replace Attachment window opens.
Enter the New File Description. This description is displayed on the table of documents on the Attachments panel.
Select the Attachment Type for the file from the drop-down list.
Click Browse and navigate to the file you wish to attach.
Highlight the file and click Open.
Click Upload to attach the document to the candidate record.
