Deactivate a Question

When a recruiter creates a new question it is automatically activated and available for use on a questionnaire. Questions cannot be deleted, they can only be deactivated. Deactivated questions cannot be added to a questionnaire.

When a question attached to a questionnaire is deactivated, it is not removed from the questionnaire. To remove a deactivated question from a questionnaire, you must edit the questionnaire and manually remove the questionnaire.

Deactivating a question does not deactivate the question within questionnaires that have been associated with requisitions. Recruiters can remove questions from a questionnaire that is associated with a requisition.
