About Continuous Sourcing Configuration
The Continuous Sourcing Configuration tool allows recruiters to create
an automated search by copying candidates from the workflow folder in
a pooling requisition into another workflow folder of a specific requisition.
This feature can only be used for high volume searches.
Prerequisites
To use the Continuous Sourcing Configuration tool, users must have:
- A client parameter enabled that ensures that Continuous
Sourcing Configuration tool only searches for the most current candidate
profiles in the system. To enable this client parameter, please contact
your PeopleFluent representative.
- The following role permissions assigned to their
user role in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal:

Access to Self Service
Mode – This role permission grants users access to the
menu.

Allow Manage on Continuous
Sourcing Configurations – This role permission allows users
to create a new continuous sourcing configuration search and manage
existing searches.
