About the Recruiting Mirror

The PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal Mirror provides hiring managers or recruiters with the ability to review candidate profiles within a configurable dashboard without having to navigate to  PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.

To access the Recruiting Mirror users should:

• Have either the recruiter or hiring manager role.
• Have access to PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
• Have either role permissions to view all requisitions and access to all folders or role permissions to view their own assigned requisitions and access to one or more folders with candidates associated with those requisitions.

Your organization must have PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) enabled, and you must submit a Change Request (CR) to implement the Recruiting Mirror. Please see your PeopleFluent representative for more information.

With the Recruiting Mirror, users can:

• Create and view requisitions

• View candidate profiles

• Search for candidates and requisitions profiles

• View Resumes

• Disposition Candidates through the workflow
